Healthy eating for Jeffery

Jeffery has decided that he is going to start healthy eating since he has decided to start exercising. Here he is going to eat a Mountain Grown Bartlett pear. The pear is one of his new favorite foods and my favorites foods too. He really likes apples too cut up with cinnamon and sugar on them.

Exercise for Jeffrey

Jeffrey likes to exercise and sweat. Notice his need for a head sweatband. He has been exercising a lot to burn off the calories from his little late night peanut snacks. He has been riding bike along the bike trail that use to be a railroad track. He has been walking up the road to the neighbors which is one mile round walk, half mile there, half mile back. When he gets to the neighbors mailbox Jeffery slaps it with his trunk, turns around and comes back home.

Well, this is me. Maybe some of you didn't expect that this is what I would look like. The bunny with me is Scott.

There goes a duck

Jeffery got the binoculars for looking at ducks. He loves looking at ducks because they are so funny. He climbed up to the top of the playset and got a bucket, tied a string to the bucket, climbed back down, carefully put the binoculars in the bucket, climbed back up the playset and pulled up the bucket with the string.
