Jeffery riding around Silver Dollar City in Branson, Missouri
Jeffery likes to ride in the backpack when we go some place fun so he is not left in the car. Being left in the car makes in lonely and he feels left out. In the summer, it is too hot and starts to sweat. No one likes a sweaty elephant. In the winter, it is too cold he starts to shiver and it really hard for him to hold still.
I came up with the idea for Jeffery to ride in the backpack because he doesn't like to walk for a few good reasons. First, he is embarrassed because just he is the only elephant walking with a boy. Second, he is short and he wouldn't be seen by me if he walked he could get lost or stepped on. Next, his legs are so short compared to mine, that he could never keep up and he get tired.
Jeffery sticks his head out of the back of the pack looking out to see what is going on. He also doesn't like sitting in the dark.
