Take A Day OFF*

Last week I went to a event put on by the DNR called Take A Day OFF*.  There was many different stands to teach about fishing, turkey hunting, archery and wild life conservation.  After you visited the booth they handed out tickets, after you collected six tickets, one stand let you spin a wheel to get a prize, I won a backpack.

 Me and my camouflage backpack.

A unicorn strapped to the front of a vehicle.

A fish tank full of fish, pretty neat huh?

Como Zoo

Welcome to the monkey house. This little guy must not have slept very good because he was yawning. What a big yawn!

This sea lion did some pretty amazing tricks. He flipped and went around like a power boat.

This sea lion does tricks in the summer.

ft. snelling field trip round tower

This is me and my mom on top a round tower at Fort Snelling. Did you know that this tower is the oldest biulding in Minnesota to stil be standing? Someone had even lived in it, they shot guns it during the Civil War, it has been a beauty parlor and a museum. There was two floors in it and to get to the top is a winding staircase.

Mudjack deer

This is a Mudjack deer. We were on a field trip to a ZOO (Well not quite a zoo) The Mudjack deer likes to eat cheerios, hay, and probably cabbage. I like how soft they were and they felt like they should have everybody pet them. This is a baby one.
